Andy wanted me to see Bakewell, a small countryside village that was beautiful, romantic, and charming. There was a bridge that stretches above the river and on it, hundreds of locks. They dangled resting against and on top of one another, many rusting; and for whatever reason, they truly reminded me of music notes, and I heard the songs of those who placed their locks here … A look at food and drinks we had while in England … This is England’s postcard-worthy Peak District ...
